You may return the product and place a new order for another color, or a different size, or an entirely new style.

In order to be eligible for an exchange, you have to return the product within 7 days of receiving your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you had received it and undamaged in any way with its original packaging & the tags. After we receive your item, our team of chefs will inspect it and process your exchange. We will be providing you store credits of the same amount (WE DO NOT REFUND).

For the exchange or return process, you have to pay 120/-INR at the time of delivery. This delivery charge is for hygiene purposes as we have to get the article sanitized and dry cleaned.

We do not return or exchange gift vouchers, jewelry, and sunglasses once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days, you will not be eligible for a return.
